- Summer is a five
night minimum stay. You may arrive Saturday or Sunday with a departure
on Friday.
- We have weekend
packages for Fall, Winter, and Spring. Call or email us for the current
rates.

- 50% deposit must
be received within 7 days of making reservation or reservation will
be canceled.
- Balance of rental
must be received 60 days prior to your arrival.
- We collect a $400.00
Damage Deposit in addition to the nightly rental. The Damage Deposit
will be refunded 7-14 days after your departure when cleaning and
inventory have been completed.
- If there are any
damages that you have incured during your stay that require a repair,
an estimate will be made and deducted from your Damage Deposit.
- The house can accomodate
groups of 10 people max. If you have not received permission for additional
people from the owners, you will forfeit your Damage Deposit.
- Your deposit will
be refunded, less a $30.00 fee for handling, If we are not able to
re-book the house, you will forfeit your Damage Deposit.
- We must have 60
days notice prior to your arrival to be able to rebook the house.
We do not use a management company to help us with our rentals.
